We are managing nearly 50 agents and only 2 person were accessing to switchboard interface at that time. We observed that if we use console mode, it’s a little faster.Below is our server spec.
CPU- Intel(R) Xeon(R) CPU E5-2620 v2 @ 2.10GHz
Core -12 Cores
RAM- 64 GB
In the future more supervisor will be accessing to switchboard for spy and whisper function.
