To verify this on both servers you have to do the following:
#> ssh firstname.lastname@example.org
Replace my ip with your ip and it doesn’t have to ask you for confirmation or password. It has to be connected directly.
2.- It is possible that for some reason the firewall is blacklisting the IP of the remote server.
To verify this try to remove the firewall rules temporarily with the command:
#> iptables -F0
