Now for the QR code, please check your email template and see if the variable for the QR code is part of the email. You can check the Email Templates from Admin > System Settings > Email Templates. There, select the Extension Welcome, and include somewhere on the Body the QR code variable. You can find the variables on the edit bar for the text area.0
