PitzKeyParticipantThe reason is, because you have a caller ID set on the main tenant. Remove that. You normally don’t want any CID on the main tenant, because you have to make sure that CID is properly set on the local tenant side.

So, for now, until this issue is fixed, you will need to go to Admin > Tenants > Select the correct tenant and under the routing tab set the tenant’s default CID.0
