    Hi, I have followed the instructions however when i dial it doesnt ring? “Your call cannot be completed as dialled”.

     

    Make sure that you can use that same route from the main system. This is to check if the route is done correctly. For testing you can narrow down your system’s routes to just one, and check that there are no other conflicting routes using the same dial patterns. If you can use that same single route on the main system, you can use it as an outbound profile.
