For removing the ringing tone generated by the PBX, first, you need to check what Dial Profile is using the trunk, then, you may go to this module (Settings >> Technology Settings >> Dial Profiles), here, you must edit the dialing profile assigned to the trunk, and disable the option “Ringing Tone”. After this, you must apply changes.0
