About your question:
To configure VIP Customer on Queues, you must to go to “PBX >> Call Center >> Queue VIPs”, here you must to add a description and a list of caller numbers(One per line).
After to save your Queue VIP, go to “PBX >> Call Center >> Queues”, in the general tab, select the VIP Customers created previously, save your queue and apply the changes.0
