    On the trunk you have created on VitalPBX poting to the Cisco call manager, change the field class of service to “All Permissions” or any other class of service you’ve created.

    Whit this option you are telling the system to don’t use the inbound routes for routing calls, so, instead, the calls will be sent to that class of service.
