Internal extensions can dial 411, but what about external parties? Currently on my client’s Kerio Operator system the caller hears “If you know your party’s 4-digit extensions you can dial it at any time; for a dial by name directory, press 8”.
I am moving this client from Kerio Operator; in that IVR, the dial by name directory was a service extension that I could type into the destination field. In VitalPBX, I can’t manually type 411 for the entry “8”.
