VitalPBX, I can’t manually type 411 for the entry “8”.
Like i wrote above: Menu “Custom Destinations”
You can add 411 there and choose it for key 8 inside IVR.
If a caller does not have the “rights” you can do that with a news class of service and only the needed features.0
