In the outbound routes, you can match routes by the caller ID, e.g.:
Suppose you have two trunks, then, you can create two outbound routes with the following patterns:
1XXXXXXXXXX/4XX – For Trunk A, only number starting with 4 can dial on this trunk.
1XXXXXXXXXX/5XX – For Trunk B, only number starting with 5 can dial on this trunk.
In the case you mentioned above, maybe, you didn’t configure the patterns in the right way. This may produce that when you dial a number sounds a message that says: “You’ve dialed an invalid number”0
