Evidently, I can’t paste a screenshot of what I have so I’ll list the entries.
Routing Method – Default
Description – from-diamondcard (I’ve tried different entries for the Description, but it doesn’t seem to help.)
DID Pattern – blank
CID Pattern – blank
Caller ID Modifier – None
CID Lookup – None
Language – English
Music on Hold – Default
Alert Info – Blank
Enable Recording/Privacy Manager/Fax Detection – all No
Inbound Destination – Extensions / 200 – Office Computer (I’ve also tried changing the Inbound Destination to the IVR, and to Terminate Call, also without any effect.)
