Thank you for such a fast response! I didn’t want to flood my first ever post with too much information.
I’m not sure how to record a full call trace. I tried using asterisk -rvvvvvvvvvvvvvv, but nothing shows up on an incoming call. I was previously getting a ‘call token’ error, but was able to make that go away. Now, the only way I’m sure the call is actually hitting the PBX, is through the debug log. That, plus the fact that it doesn’t go to the carrier provided voice mail.
