Hi, I m hosting VitalPBX on Amazon AWS. I successfully register the ip phone but audio not reach the caller. I mean no way out audio from ip phone.
I enabled the NAT settings. All requried ports are open.
I also encountered the same problem when I first initiated the process of installation of vitalpbx on the conventional DigitalOcean server. However, I searched a lot for the solution to the problem but couldn’t find anyway.
Then, I tried the process with the managed DigitalOcean cloud and it resulted in working fine for me. As the installation process and the management process was taken care by Cloudways authorities. Resulting in the hassle-free hosting experience.
You can follow the procedure for the AWS server. As, Cloudways also provide the managed server for Amazon hosting.0
