Are you sure that your VoIP provider allows you to send any Caller ID info?
Did you already ask your provider if there is any setting you must to enable/disable to send the right CID?
Yes, they said they are allowing it. The attached file contains the configuration on their side.
They don’t have a lot of experience when it comes to VitalPBX so they haven’t been able to tell me which specific settings I need to configure.0
