There’s no direct way for adding external members, but I can give you these options:
- OpenVPN: You may use this option to keep your agents permanently connected no matter where they are. They will need only a stable internet connection.
- Diversions: You may set up the call forward immediately on your agent’s extensions by time, so, when they’ll be outside business hours the calls will be sent to their mobile numbers.
