    That’s great, but not everyone uses queues.  I’ve got clients that like to use ring groups, and then they want to know who is answering the calls, etc.  Many clients are not call centers using queues, but law firms and such that have different calling methods, yet they still want to know how much time each employee is spending on the phone.
