I am receiving an “Error 403 Forbidden” on my Vitalpbx soft phone. I am trying to log in as my user/extension but there is a registration failure. I would guess that this is possibly due to the AuthID*/Password* and User* not being correct, but I’ve double checked that and it still doesn’t want to come through.
I’m on a local network that has connectivity to each other (ping). The firewalls down on both machines. I’ve got the server ip in the domain* register settings. Do I need to put in the port on the new vitalpbx softphone SIP settings listen port? (ie. 192.168.1.1:5060?)
Any help would be appreciated, thank you.0
