*98+extension "Your call cannot be completed as dialed"

    I have 6 extensions on my system. Extensions 1-6. When I dial *981 from any other extension, I get “This call cannot be completed as dialed”. Any ideas?

    You must dial *98*YOUR_EXTENSION

    Still not working.

     

    If I dial *98*1 from extention 3, “Call cannot be completed as dialed” 

    If I dial *98*3 from extention 3, “Call cannot be completed as dialed”

    Make sure that extension has the voicemail enable, and also check what class of service are you using.

    In another hand, you should share a call trace from Asterisk CLI to analyze it

    I made the test in our lab and dialing *98*YOUR_EXTENSION (e.g. *98*2001) is working as expected.
