Activation password reset

    I installed VitalPBX on a second machine and tried to activate using the Already have an account option. The error message is Invalid email or password. When I try to re-register, the error is The provided email is already taken. I need to reset the password used for activation, but cannot find a website or link to do this. Also, the VitalPBX emails I receive do not have links to unsubscribe or manage preferences. How is this done?
