Activation Server doesn't respond

VitalPBX Community Support General Discussion Activation Server doesn't respond

    I have a new server, when I try to respond to the activation popup I get the following error on an existing account

    “Something went wrong there isn’t a response from the Activation server”

    Can you help

    We already check our Licensing and Activation server, and both are working. So, I don’t your network environment and its limitations, in this case, I cannot help you.

    Is there anything we need to do on our vitalpbx vm server like turn off fw? Because we dont have problem downloading the image on your site and we can ping your url including your licensing.vitalpbx.org from the server.

    I think is something related to the internet connection, we set a very low timeout of 5 seconds, for the next version we will increase this timeout to 60 seconds.
