Hi everyone,
Is there a way how I can add a CID prefix somewhere during the call flow?
I have an IVR with 3 options: Customer Service, Sales & Accounting. I want all 3 options to go to the same extension, (no Queue or Hunt Group, extension direct) how can I add a prefix “Sales” etc when the caller makes a selection?
I am aware of the CID Modifier section, but apparently you can only tie it to an inbound route, I don’t see how you can create an object with a destination that allows you to tie a CID Modifier.
Any help appreciated.
