This is for PJSIP, can I manually set the alert-info value a phone is expecting to autoanswer an intercom call on the whatever file it the PJSIP alert-info are set in or are this values saved in the db?
I am having the issue with Polycom VVx450 phones, users are reporting that even though the intercom options are set o the server phones won’t auto answer
I think I found the file, extensions__20-baseplan.conf, would this get overriding or would it be safe to add the header there?
Header in the file doesn’t appear to be written by Vital so my guess is it will be ok?
Ok, this is something that cannot be add-ed trough VitalPBX, however, you can add your own headers on base plan, as you mentioned, however, this will be overwritten on the next update.
What we’re going to do for the next version, is to add a new module to add headers for the intercom feature.
@ing-joserivera26 Thanks, I’ll keep in mind that the file will get overwritten on the next update if the new header module is not out yet.
