› VitalPBX Community Support › Reporting an Issue › An exception has ocurred – Caller ID lookup
I’m using VitalPBX version 3.0.3-1 and i was trying to create a Caller ID lookup instante from a Phonebook.
I have a Phonebook created in the PBX, but when i try to use it as a source for CallerID lookup i can’t see the Phonebook created. As indicated in the file attached.
Then, if i save the CallerID instance i get an exception error as indicated in the second image.
Is this an PBX error or i missing something else?
