    Dear Rivera,

    How do I differentiate if anonymous calls come from one operator or another?
    For example I see in the cdr some calls with anonymous Clid, but I am not sure which origin of the operator.

    In the CDR there is a Trunk field where you can identify which operator entered the call.

    Thanks Cuadra for feedback.

    I have already set up the Profiles for “Send Remote Party ID” and Trunk -> Custom Headers -> value = P-Asserted-Identity and Value = <sip: {CIDNUM} @ {HOST}>.
    Now I need to know if there are more settings to be made?

    How to insert field in cdr to identify anonymous calls?

    We will analyze the possibility of adding the trunk field as part of the CDR in the main tenant Only.

    About headers, those are for outgoing calls only, it doesn’t apply for incoming. You should try talk to your operator and ask why are you receiving anonymous calls.

    I checked this problem with my operator and they don’t send me anonymous calls. Is there any operation that can be done on VitalPBX?
