    Hello,

I loaded ARI modules (module load <module name>), but after every reboot we have to load it again.

Is there a way we can set it up that it should not need to be loaded after every restart?

    Thank you

Could you share how you went about doing this?  I’d like to have ARI working as well.

You have to create a ARI config file and then load the modules. I have to manually load it after every reboot. So I made a script to easily load it. See below.

I hope the VitalPBX team can tell us what is the proper way to load these modules.

    #/bin/sh

echo -e "Starting to load ARI into Asterisk"

    asterisk -x"module load res_ari.so"
    asterisk -x"module load res_ari_model.so"
    asterisk -x"module load res_ari_sounds.so"
    asterisk -x"module load res_ari_recordings.so"
    asterisk -x"module load res_ari_playbacks.so"
    asterisk -x"module load res_ari_events.so"
    asterisk -x"module load res_ari_endpoints.so"
    asterisk -x"module load res_ari_device_states.so"
    asterisk -x"module load res_ari_channels.so"
    asterisk -x"module load res_ari_bridges.so"
    asterisk -x"module load res_ari_asterisk.so"
    asterisk -x"module load res_ari_applications.so"
    asterisk -x"core reload"

    echo -e "Done..."

    exit

    Awesome.  Thanks providing that.

Those drivers come disabled by default.

You can see them listed on the file “/etc/asterisk/vitalpbx/modules__20-noload.conf”

ARI is the future of Asterisk applications. I suggest you to consider having this enabled by default.
