Hello,
I’m having some problems with my asterisk. I’ve two servers in HA and the asterisk service is crashing, my extensions and everything stop working, but when I see the status using the PCS status command looks like everything is Ok, to solve this problem I need to restart the asterisk service. I saw in asterisk logs many “FRACK!” errors, for example:
chan_sip.c: FRACK!, Failed assertion bad magic number 0x0 for object 0x7f9e7122bde0 (0)
Someone knows whats is happening?
Regards

Hi Guys, I have the same problem after updating of VitalPBX three days ago. I can to reach an administration interface, Asterisk CLI, but all modules are corrupted. If I write the word “modul’ in CLI of Asterisk, the system is stuck and I can’t to leave an CLI. I”ll try today reinstall midules by “menuselect” and update you with result.

I get kernel panic after restart and did rollback for previous kernel. After, all asterisk moduls was demaged. Y tried recompile them, but unerstood, that nothing not work. For example, gcc. I’m reinstalled VitalPBX and all settings from backup. Now, I’ll reproduce this situation in order to learn how to solve it without reinstall operation system.
