Blacklist module can't forward to voicemail

    Hi there,

    I’m trying to setup the blacklist so certain incoming numbers are automatically directed to a voicemail box, however when I enable and test I get “We’re sorry, but voicemail service is disabled for this extension”

    From what I’ve found and what I’ve tested, I can’t see anything wrong with my voicemail setup.

    Does the blacklist module rely on specific feature codes?

    Thank you.

    And not that it really needs saying, but yes, this voicemail works normally for both internal and external calls after the 30 seconds of ring time
