    Version : 3.0.6-2
    Asterisk : Asterisk 18.1.1
    Linux Version : CentOS Linux release 7.9.2009 (Core)
    Yealink T46G/T46S Phones.

    I have some questions that I need some help.

    1. I have an extension a Virtual Extension 2700 with voicemail. I am trying to set up a BLF button on the above Yealink phones that when there are voicemail messages
    the light will go from green to red. Right now it stays red with or without voicemail messages. No indication there are voicemails in the box.

    2. I have an extension a regular Extension 5201 with voicemail. I am trying to set up a BLF button on the above Yealink phones that when there are voicemail messages
    the light will go from green to red. Right now it stays green with or without voicemail messages. No indication there are voicemails in the box.

    Also if I can get this fixed, is there anyway once I punch 2700 button it will dial voicemail like *982700 and then prompt for password? I get an error when punching
    the button now

    Also if I can get this fixed, is there anyway once I punch 5201 button it will dial voicemail like *985201 and then prompt for password?
    I get an error when punching the button now

    Here is the yealink configuration for the buttons:

    linekey.4.extension = 2700
    linekey.4.label = 2700 VM
    linekey.4.line = 1
    linekey.4.type = 16
    linekey.4.value = 2700

    linekey.5.extension = 5201
    linekey.5.label = 5201 VM
    linekey.5.line = 1
    linekey.5.type = 16
    linekey.5.value = 5201

    Thanks for your help, I appreciate it very much.

    I found the solution on the forum.

    Change the *982700 to vm_2700 on the phone

    Change the *985201 to vm_5201 on the phone

    Excellent find!!!!

    Thanks.
