call drop after 5-6 seconds with no voice

    Dear Sirs and Ladies,
    i have VitalBPX installed on AWS (amazon cloude)
    Version : 2.3.4-1
    Asterisk :
    Linux Version : CentOS Linux release 7.6.1810 (Core)

    amazon firewall is off. VitalBPX firewall by default.
    i add two SIP ext and to make call betwin them.

    i get ring and can answer, but with no voice, and call drop after 6 seconds.

    i found similar problem with asterix:

    but no such settings in VitalBBX

    please help.

    Did you already configure the NAT settings?

    To add custom parameters on VitalPBX, you may go to SIP Settings under the custom tab and add any parameter.

    We strongly recommend you always enable the firewall and open only the necessary ports

    i disable firewall only for testing purpose. Thank you for worry.
    after add pedantic patameter, no more drops, but still no voice.

    in NAT already try all possible option, still no voice.

    Dear developer.

    link does not help. I did according manual, but still no voice.

    tomorrow will try new install, or i can give you login/pass to chek where is fault.

    Are you making local/internal calls or you are using a VoIP provider to make external calls?

    Please we need more information, for sample could use the command sngrep and tell us who finish the sip session.? which of the users sends the BYE message during the call

    for first i need to setup local calls only (extention to extention) later, i add trank to local (lendline) provider with local (city sip-number)

    Yes, chat and video will be available on VitalPBX softphones.
