Coming from an old Freepbx distro one thing that we used that Vital doesn’t seem to have yet is call flow control.
What I would like is the ability to use a feature code or an IVR to toggle on call redirection.
Working for a school we use this on snow days to redirect incoming calls to cell phones so students can talk to a teacher if they need help with work.
You may use the night mode module, you may use the feature *81 to toggle all the Night mode items
OK I think that should work. That reminds me though that having the ability to add external numbers to queues would be nice. I am currently using ring groups instead because that option has been added to them.
