ive recently upgraded a box from ombutel to vitalpbx , but now call recording is not working .
noted this messge , do i need to update the tenant id or name?
Executing [s@sub-call-recording:16] NoOp(“SIP/The_Mall-24789”, “Recordins are not available for tenant ombutel”) in new stack
got this sorted .

The steps to fix this issue were:
vitalpbx –build-db (I ran this command to check if the database was fully populated)vitalpbx –dump-conf (I ran this command to delete all the configurations and re-build again)
