    i have call recording set to yes on a call queue but calls are not getting recorded

    I don’t see any call being sent to the agents, so, I am not able to determine if there are some kind of restrictions during recordings. Remember, calls are recorded until an agent answers the call. I don’t know if you are expecting the call to get recorded before the agents answered calls.
