    I’m trying to setup phone system to allow the following.   Call comes in on outside line all extensions ring (i have this working) then ext 1002 answers phone they then hit transfer button and ext 1004,  1004 is now ringing but they do not answer i want call to ringback to extension 1002.  Along with this I have another question.  I would like to have control over what happens when I transfer a call. Example i have someone on the line that i need to transfer to ext 1004 but i dont want them to get voicemail. I may have another time where I do want that transfered call to goto voicemail if the extension does not pick up.  with the no voicemail transfer i want it to ringback.  Any help or advice would be great.    I realize that Park lets this happen but with that i have to park call. intercom other extension.
