    Hello Mr.,

    Set the following settings:

    1. Assign the SSL certificate in the DTLS Certificate field.
    2. Disable direct media.
    3. Disable the Asymmetric RTP Codec.
    4. Increase the max video streams and max audio streams fields to 10.

    After making these settings, test calls.

    If the problem persists,

    Check that you have configured the hostname in Admin/Network/Network Settings.

    If your PBX server is behind a one-to-one NAT, you must define the ICE host configuration from the RTP configuration module:
