    Hello,

    I’m trying to configure a trunk for callcentric, but am having intermittent issues with receiving calls.

    See their guide here for FreePBX:  https://www.callcentric.com/support/device/freepbx/13

    specifically: #23 “On the left pane, locate the file labeled sip_custom_post.conf and copy and paste the following into that file: “

    [callcentric1](callcentric);
    	host=alpha1.callcentric.com
    	[callcentric2](callcentric);
    	host=alpha2.callcentric.com

    	[callcentric3](callcentric);
    	host=alpha3.callcentric.com

    etc

    Where can I insert these?

    Thanks for your help!

    Go to the linux console and create a file named “sip_50-2-trunks.conf” as shown below:

    vim /etc/asterisk/ombutel/sip__50-2-trunks.conf

    Then, paste what you need

    [callcentric1](callcentric);
    	host=alpha1.callcentric.com
    	[callcentric2](callcentric);
    	host=alpha2.callcentric.com
    	[callcentric3](callcentric);
    	host=alpha3.callcentric.com

    Save the file and reload the asterisk configurations

    asterisk -rx"core reload"
