When someone calls and falls in the IVR, how do I get the number of options in the IVR to enter the Desired Extension? No need to listen to the entire URA?
You may use the welcome and instruction message of the IVR module, the welcome message can be use for an introduction of your company, and the instruction message is the list of options of your IVR. when the instruction message is set, the welcome message is just played when the customer reach the IVR at the first time, after, only the instruction message will be reproduced.
