    Hello,

I set up an IVR for a client. People can hear different announcement in time condition when nobody answer the phone.
Client wants to update the greetings/announcement frequently. She wants to do it herself without my involvement. I don’t think the user interface has that option. So I told her to user her voicemail to record the message. Then I have the time condition forward to different voicemail message like busy/unavailable.

She gave me one professional recording message which is a wav file. I cannot upload the file to voicemail like announcement. I can play it from a speaker and record it from the phone , but the quality is bad. I tried to copy the file to /var/spool/asterisk/voicemail/ombutel-voicemail/extension#. And I change the file name to busy.wav hoping the message will play the file while caller listening the voicemail. It didn’t work.

How can I make it a voicemail message with the recorded wav file?
