Cant register Grandstream GXP1625

    Good morning,

    Im unable to register Grandstream phones. I updated the firmware to the one adviced by Vital and still not working.

    PS: no problem with Yealink.

    Did you check Intrusion Detection?

    Also, PJSIP is by default on port 5060. Are you registering against that port?

    Could you send the message that is shown in the asterisk cli, when the 1625 wants to register?

    I had the firewall and intrusion detection turned off, to test I turned it on and added the Ip Address to the Whitelist. Yes I tried port 5060 and 5061.

    I see Request ‘OPTIONS’ from ‘<sip:172.16.48.14 and the phone has another Ip adress

    Update.. I was able to register phones, also registered a few Cisco IP phones.
