    Hi,

I am using the latest version and unable to see any CDR records since beginning of this week.

mysql asterisk -e “select * from cdr;”

    last data shows 2018-06-03 18:04:1

I have just made some test calls in/out and unable to see any new records added.

    Any ideas?

Try to execute the following command in the Linux Console:

    asterisk -rx"module reload cdr_adaptive_odbc.so"

Then check the output of the following command:

    asterisk -rx"cdr show status"

Make a test call, and let me know if the previous steps fixed up the issue.

This seems to happen almost every day now, I have now added a cron to reload the module every hour.

Do you have installed some app who use mysql?

Do you restart this machine frequently?

    Hi mrivera,

There are no other connections to MySQL – firewall is set to strict and the host reboots every day at 06:30.

I have notice that when server reboots the CDR driver is no load.

Thanks for the update, I will remove the reboots for now and ensure that it starts next time it is rebooted.

    Thanks again 🙂

In the latest versions of VitalPBX, this is not happening anymore
