A problem frequently occurs with CDR report stop showing updates.

This mainly occurs when I reboot VitalPBX.

I am currently running version 2.3.0.

I used to fix this problem by going to Settings / PBX setting / Log Files and clicking on save.

Now this does not work anymore.

This usually happens when Asterisk starts firsts than MySQL (MariaDB), if the CDR stop, you may execute the following command to restart:

    asterisk -rx"module reload cdr_adaptive_odbc.so"

However, we are looking for a solution to fix this behavior.

I ran the command but CDR is not registering new calls.

I also ran the following to make sure CDR is running.

    vitalpbx*CLI> cdr show status

    Call Detail Record (CDR) settings
    ———————————-
    Logging: Enabled
    Mode: Simple
    Log unanswered calls: Yes
    Log congestion: Yes

    * Registered Backends
    ——————-
    Adaptive ODBC
    csv
    cdr-custom

Actually, CDR is running ok because I see the logs in cdr-csv/master.csv and cdr-custom/VPBX.csv displaying the calls.

The calls are not shown in the GUI interface Reports / Cdr

    Try restarting asterisk:

    systemctl restart asterisk
    0

If the CDR is not saved in MySQL, then, the CDR will be not showing in the GUI.

I checked MySQL. The records are there.

I also saw that the field Tenant, for the records not showing, had a value “ombutel”.

All other records, that were showing in GUI, had a value “vitalpbx”.

I have not installed the addon Tenants.

    vitalpbx --dump-conf

Do I have to send you a file created by this config dump?

Where do I find such a file?

That command is for regenerate the dialplan and other configurations.

You should make a core reload after execute the command.

May you confirm if that fixes the issue. If not, please share a call log to analize it
