When conducting a search in the CDR it is only listing the connections of the day 19/03 behind.This happened after it was upgraded to the newer version of VitalPBX
I did a search in the folder where the recordings are stored and it also does not appear, it is as if I was not recording the calls.
The recordings are not related to the CDR. The CDR can be stopped, but the call recordings will be not affected at all.
what should I do to solve this problem, that is not recording the calls and also does not appear in the CDR
Execute the following command:
vitalpbx --dump-confasterisk -rx"core reload"
Let me know if that fixed up the issue.
I executed the commands but the CDR still no activity, what I think is strange is not having new calls in the folder only monitor has folder of day 18.
any other tests I can do?
You should verify is the asterisk and mariadb (MySQL) services are running.
It worked out those first few commands I only had to do 2x but it worked out
