When conducting a search in the CDR it is only listing the connections of the day 19/03 behind.
This happened after it was upgraded to the newer version of VitalPBX

I did a search in the folder where the recordings are stored and it also does not appear, it is as if I was not recording the calls.

The recordings are not related to the CDR. The CDR can be stopped, but the call recordings will be not affected at all.

    Execute the following command:

    vitalpbx --dump-conf

    asterisk -rx"core reload"

Let me know if that fixed up the issue.

I executed the commands but the CDR still no activity, what I think is strange is not having new calls in the folder only monitor has folder of day 18.

any other tests I can do?

You should verify is the asterisk and mariadb (MySQL) services are running.
