I have a table in my database (sms) called callerid (number varchar(20), name varchar(50)).  The cid module is called when I make a call but and I assume it finds a match since I verified the number and name is in the database but it isn’t changing the original “name” that comes in from the carrier.  I have attached a screen shot of the caller id module  using the query SELECT name FROM callerid WHERE number LIKE ‘%[NUMBER]%’.  I am not sure this is correct and am open to any suggestions to make this work.

    TIA.

I am not using a caller id modifier on the incoming router in case that was a question.  My carrier gives me caller name information but not for toll free calls so, I am using this particular incoming route to do a look up for tollfree calls 8XXNXXXXXX (in the US).

Change the variable [NUMBER] by [CIDNUM].
