    Good day, we are busy setting up a solution for a customer that will be using the entire Agent setup.   We have installed and configured the Vital PBX communicator on windows.  Everything works beautifully from campaigns to dialer.

    We are having one problem we cannot solve.  It keeps requesting me to login as an agent stating i must press 1 for login and 2 for logout.  However pressing 1 or 2 does nothing.   It does not log me in on the Switchboard or show on the queue wallboard.  I also tried to use the default *52 but it then just came back with the same message, Press 1 to login and 2 to logout.

    Help will be greatly appreciated.

    Try to change the DTMF in the Extension settings in VitalPBX. We recommend DTMF Mode: “Info”
