Whenever I call a conference from a cell phone I enter the pin press # and I join the conference. But when I call the conference from an internal device which isn’t forwarded through inbound. It keeps telling me that the pin I provide is invalid.

An other thing I’ve noticed is. That the PIN in the conference show a red line below it. Is that supposed to be there? See attachment.

    Answering your questions:

call the conference from an internal device which isn’t forwarded through inbound. It keeps telling me that the pin I provide is invalid.

Most probably you are using a softphone for internal calls, this looks like a DTMF configuration issue. I need to know what kind of devices or softphone are you using.

An other thing I’ve noticed is. That the PIN in the conference show a red line below it. Is that supposed to be there? See attachment.

Yes, it supposed to be there, ’cause it represents the password/PIN strength.

Check the DTMF options in the devices itself, and also, check the DTMF options on the extensions module.

It would be awesome if you share a call log from Asterisk CLI for analyzing it.

Indeed dtmf mode was wrong on the phone it was rfc2833 + sip info and on the server it was rfc2833, changing them to match each made it work.
