Trying to set up a conference room and have added one that I want to direct dial from the IVR but when I test it I get no route exists.
Tried on two different hosts running two different versions; same result.
Think I must be missing something obvious!
You must create a new class of service, that doesn’t include any outbound routes, and nor features, so, in this way, the callers will be able to dial any extension number, like conferences, queues, and internal extensions.
