    Whenever I need to see CDR I go to the system and collect them, now I intend to integrate an external FTP server where I can see the data. Do you know how to do it?

    One way to do it is by copying the csv file that contains the entire CDR in the folder /var/log/asterisk/cdr-custom/VPBX.csv file, after downloading it we recommend that you delete it so that a new one is created and that you do not download duplicate data.
