Connection Server on Vitix Cannot be Established

    Hi there,

    We are new to Vital and loving it.  I am currently testing the Vitix WebRTC program.  I have tested the PBX connection in Vitxi and all is successful.  I have linked my extension and my tenant and I can login however I keep getting a  connection could not be established error and my extension in the top left hand side has a red dot.

     

    Is there something we missing?  The other modules like Sonata worked perfectly we just struggling with this one.

    Thank you for the reply.

    I am just a bit confused.  We added our hostname and certificate.  Do I just continue the settings in the preparations as shown or do I need to configure it as per the document.
