I am from India, we have a 30 Channel SIP PRI Line from Airtel. The board number being +91-80-33000000. (+91 for India, – 80 for Bangalore – an the rest is our number) .We have the numbers 33000000-33000099 allotted to us.
We have created a extension = 1033 and we want to set the CID for this as +91-80-33000033 when we dial out from this extension. but it always dials out as – +91-80-33000000 (the main board number)
I have tried to set the CID on the extension as 33000033, 80-33000033, 91-80-33000033 and +91-80-33000033, tried all options with country, with city code, without any code. all tried but it only dials with the board line number – 43000000
see this in the asterisk -rvvv log below.
Executing [9141414242@trk-2:9] Dial(“SIP/1043-00000033”, “SIP/+918033000000/9141414242,90,rU(sub-call-recording^e2f835875a8e26f9^1033^9141414242^no)”) in new stack
The incoming on this number works and hits the extension 1033. as per our incoming route.
