› VitalPBX Community Support › General Discussion › custom recordings saying no file exists
Hello,
Did a few *92 custom recordings. They’re showing up under Recording Management. However, when you try and play the file, they error out. “No File exists”.
I looked under /var/lib/ombutel/static/.. – they are not there under recordings.
Any advice? vitalPBX is latest version
try executing the following command:
vitalpbx --check-integrity
Then, try to record audio using *92
